Remove Photo Slideshow Button From iPad Lock Screen

If you’re worried about someone seeing your ‘private’ photo collection on your iPad by using the photo slideshow button then there’s a nice and simple way to remove it.

Here’s how to do it:

Firstly ensure that you’ve got the passcode enabled by tapping Settings > General > Passcode Lock.

Now the option for Photo Frame will be activated in the General options screen.

Toggle the Photo Frame switch to OFF to disable the button on the lock screen.

My Photo Frame tip was tested and worked beautifully on an iPad 2 running iOS 4.3.3.
