iOS 5.0 Summary
Version 5.0 of Apple’s iOS for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch was released on 12th October 2011.
iOS5 is the next major release of iOS and includes over 200 new features.

Downloading & Installing iOS 5.0
For most normal users it is advisable to install iOS 5.0.1 using the normal method of plugging in your device and hitting ‘Download & Install’ button when prompted by iTunes.
